Why the title FIVE MILES DOWNRANGE ?

We take the website title from the philosophy that a man is responsible for his actions to the full extent of his implementation. This comes from the idea that a person shooting weapon with a range of five miles is responsible for anything within that five miles that the projectile may harm unintentionally. It is a philosophy espoused in military training, weapons training, and martial arts. No man is an island, and we have an obligation to remember this.
